Your tasks:
1. Your main task is to continuously develop the skills of your employees (~20) in line with current and future requirements. You will regularly liaise with other departments to determine requirements. At the same time, as a Servant Leader, you will provide new impetus to the organisation
2. Together with the agile leadership roles you empower the teams towards self-organised and autonomous work
3. You are responsible for the planning and allocation of needed budgets to achieve the former tasks
4. You are also ensuring that necessary IT governance functions in the context of VAIT, DORA and co. are filled and properly executed
Your profile:
5. You should share our passion to deliver high quality and secure software solutions that represent the state of the art and regularly exceed our customers' expectations
6. Successfully completed studies in business informatics or a comparable training
7. Several years of relevant leadership experience, especially in the context of agile software development teams, preferably also in the context of the SAFe framework
8. Experience in the Java, C# or and cloud development environment is an advantage
9. Experience in the insurance sector is an advantage
10. Excellent English and German language skills
11. Most importantly, you should be a team player, passionate about your job and able to inspire others
