Job Description:
The Learning and Development Specialist is a critical role within our organization, responsible for driving people growth and recruitment. This position combines ownership of Learning and Development initiatives with recruitment for early-career roles, managing apprentices during their apprenticeship, and providing support in senior recruitment when required.
This role will be the primary point of contact for employees and managers on L&D-related opportunities, providing expert guidance and support.
* Design and organize onboarding sessions and training programs across the company, ensuring seamless employee integration.
* Manage training logistics, relationships with external providers, promoting high-quality learning experiences.
* Track employee development plans and maintain accurate training records, fostering continuous improvement.
* Support the implementation of feedback and performance cycles, driving employee engagement and growth.
* Lead recruitment of students, apprentices, and junior profiles, including job postings, interviews, and partnerships with schools, attracting top talent.
* Act as main HR contact and ensure a smooth experience for apprentices during their apprenticeship.
* Represent the company at job fairs and career events, showcasing PM-International's brand and values.
* Collaborate with HR Operations and Recruitment Specialist in senior recruitment processes, supporting the team in achieving its goals.
Requirements include a University degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Education, or a related field, with additional certifications in Learning & Development, Coaching, or Training Management considered an asset.
Desirable skills include good understanding of Luxembourg labor law, especially in areas related to apprenticeships, training, and employee development, as well as experience in Learning & Development and recruitment, strong organizational skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in HR systems.
