What awaits you?
* You will conduct deep-dive analyses to better understand and improve customer journeys on our global websites, using state-of-the-art analytics tools and statistical methods.
* Here, you will present your insights to the product teams and contribute to strategic decisions.
* You will build and maintain data dashboards and reports to provide a better understanding of website traffic.
* Assisting in conducting A/B tests, analyzing results, and making recommendations for optimization will be part of your tasks.
* Additionally, you will collaborate with the data science team to support data preparation, analysis, and visualization.
What should you bring along?
* Studies in Business Analytics, Economics (Master's Degree preferred), or similar programs, or in a Gap Year.
* Proficiency in German, both verbal and written, is mandatory.
* Experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, and web analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics is a plus.
* Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and MS PowerPoint is required.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
* Attention to detail and intrinsic motivation to deliver high-quality results.
* Experience with dashboard and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Quicksight, or Power BI is a plus.
