Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced, results-driven Retail Store Manager to oversee the complete management of our Frankfurt store. The ideal candidate will excel in enhancing customer satisfaction, effectively managing and motivating staff, and driving the achievement of KPIs to maximize store profitability. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing weekly, monthly, and yearly KPIs, and implementing action plans to boost sales performance. You will be a key driver in optimizing store profitability, increasing customer traffic, and delivering an exceptional customer experience that aligns with our retail strategy.
As a Store Manager, you will lead and develop a dynamic, customer-focused sales team. Your leadership will inspire both the team and our customers with the brand’s fashion, lifestyle image, and products.
Primary Accountabilities
* Develop and execute business strategies to grow the customer base, expand store traffic, and maximize profitability.
* Achieve KPIs through effective staff training, motivation, mentorship, and feedback, ensuring alignment with brand values, product knowledge, and seasonal messaging.
* Manage the achievement of store inventory shrinkage targets, ensuring compliance with company policies.
* Ensure all staff are properly trained in retail policies and procedures, maintaining adherence to company standards.
* Deliver outstanding customer service, consistently ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
* Conduct staff appraisals, manage disciplinary procedures, and coordinate with the HR Department when needed.
* Oversee store administration and ensure full compliance with company policies and procedures.
* Implement secure procedures regarding the handling of premises, staff, company funds, and inventory.
* Maintain exceptional store conditions and visual merchandising standards.
* Manage all aspects of cash handling and banking procedures in line with company protocols.
* Ensure that all administrative tasks are completed on time and that relevant information is promptly communicated to Head Office.
Qualifications
* A degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is a plus.
* A minimum of 3 years of experience in retail store management.
* Exceptional organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
* Strong business acumen with excellent networking abilities.
* Customer-centric approach, with the ability to provide a premium sales experience.
* Proven leadership skills with the ability to mentor and coach team members to success.
