Minimum Requirements
An appropriate 3-year National Diploma/B-Degree (equivalent or higher qualification); A minimum of 1 year of relevant administrative support experience. A Code B driving license (or higher).

Knowledge of the following: Organisational and management practices, policies and operational functioning of the Chief Directorate; Financial management, monitoring and reporting procedures and systems related to budget monitoring instruments, approved post lists, expenditure commitment reports; Chief Directorate’s strategic planning and monitoring and evaluation processes; General office administration and database management; General support systems; Information and Record Management/Administration; Administrative procedures and processes; Procurement processes and computer-based information systems.

Notes
