The Faculty of Science, Technology and Medicine (FSTM) contributes multidisciplinary expertise in the fields of Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, Computer Science, Life Sciences and Medicine. Your role as Neurology Specialist
* Provide clinical care within inpatient and outpatient settings at the Neurology Department of the Centre Hospitalier de Luxembourg
* Recruit patients for the cohort study of the National Centre of Excellence in Research on Parkinson's disease (NCER-PD)
* Develop and optimize workflows for patient recruitment
* Participate in clinical studies for improved diagnosis and treatment of neurodegenerative diseases
* Execute scientific projects with national and international collaboration partners on research projects
* Perform clinical testing and neurological examinations
* Apply tests for assessing functions in different neurological disorders
* Teach students about clinical and research aspects of neurodegenerative disorders
* Promote awareness among the public or medical professionals through presentations (www.parkinsonnet.lu)
Your profile
* Hold a Medical degree (MD) recognized in Luxembourg and have an interest in specialisation training in Neurology
* Show interest in clinical research on neurodegeneration
* Demonstrate independence, motivation, and commitment
* possess excellent organisational skills
* exhibit good interpersonal and communication skills
* be able to communicate effectively within multidisciplinary and international teams
* have fluent spoken and written French and/or German, proficiency in English, and be willing to improve fluency in languages
* be proficient in standard software such as Excel and Word
