Legal Advisor Opportunity
Job Description

You will be responsible for:
* Drafting and updating legal documents, including prospectuses, articles of incorporation/management regulations, notices to shareholders, board resolutions, and other necessary documents.
* Updating prospectuses may include creation or removal of sub-funds, share classes, change of investment policies, implementation of regulatory changes, mergers (including cross-border mergers).
* Liaising with supervisory authorities and governing bodies.
* Assisting the Product Management Team and the Project Team for the on-boarding, launch, and restructuring of Luxembourg, Belgian, Irish, Dutch, and Spanish investment funds in close relationship with regulatory authorities and external legal advisors.
* Participating in the product approval process together with all other departments for the creation and launch of new products or new strategies (including new countries of distribution) but also for the change of already existing products and strategies.
* Preparing, reviewing, and discussing agreements/contracts within the framework of services proposed (management company, distribution, investment management, central administration, depositary agreement, etc.).
* Undertaking necessary corporate legal activities for the Management Company and the investment funds.
* Ensuring the legal watch of the Management Company by contributing to the legal dashboard and analysing the impacts of new legislations related to investment funds and management companies.
* Sharing knowledge with other functions within the Management Company.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should have:
* A Master's degree in Law or economics/finance.
* Practical experience in the fund industry in a similar position.
