Develop and maintain financial models to support business planning and decision-making processes. Analyze financial data and generate reports to provide insights into business performance. Collaborate with department heads to prepare budgets and forecasts, ensuring alignment with company objectives. Monitor financial performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying variances and recommending corrective actions. Conduct cost analysis and efficiency studies to optimize resource allocation. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies. Support the finance team in month-end and year-end closing processes. We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented professional with a strong background in finance. The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications and skills: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Proven experience as a Business Controller or in a similar role. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data. Excellent knowledge of financial modeling and forecasting techniques. Proficiency in financial software and MS Office, particularly Excel. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Fluency in German and English.
