WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
Due to the strategic realignment of the Coatings business unit, a dedicated finance department is being established. This presents an exciting opportunity to develop and shape the finance organization from its foundation. Therefore, we are looking for a Specialist Transfer Pricing with the following objectives.
* In your new position you develop, implement and monitor transfer pricing policies to ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
* Together with your colleagues from Finance, Tax and Legal you design intercompany pricing strategies and support business restructurings.
* You perform detailed financial and economic analyses, prepare robust transfer pricing documentation (master and local files) and align contents with OECD guidelines.
* Furthermore you support audit processes, manage communication with tax authorities and represent the company on transfer pricing matters.
* Last but not least you build and lead the EC transfer pricing team, select appropriate tools (including SAP-based solutions) and promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
WHAT YOU OFFER
* commercial apprenticeship as well as further job-specific related qualifications
* proven experience in transfer pricing, taxation or related fields, preferably within a multinational environment, with demonstrated functional and technical responsibility
* strong understanding of OECD guidelines and local transfer pricing regulations, and experience in the chemicals sector is beneficial
* excellent it affinity with proficiency in tax software, advanced sap tools for pricing, monitoring and reporting, and advanced ms office skills
* effective communicator and collaborative leader with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, proven ability to work with cross‑functional and global teams as well as passion for building high‑performing teams
