Our client, a leading SaaS company for financial institutions, is seeking a Sales Associate to promote their solution on the DACH market.
You will sell to top tier investment banks (M&A advisory), as well as large corporates, law firms, and private equity firms. You will sell to Financial Analysts & Associates as well as professionals in M&A and Finance. You will form part of a pan-European sales team and take responsibility for developing the German, Austrian and Swiss markets.
Role based in central Frankfurt. Hybrid working policy.
Remuneration: 50K€ - 65K€ basic + uncapped commission (OTE 80-100K€)
Responsibilities
* Researching potential new accounts and qualifying the opportunities.
* Creating and maintaining account maps and plans for target accounts.
* Generating leads, via email, social media and cold calling.
* Setting up sales meetings and going to client meetings.
* Holding presentations, demonstrating and selling the products to potential clients.
* Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services.
* Developing and maintaining client relationships.
* Preparing and submitting sales proposals.
* Responsible for own account deck and penetrating further into those accounts.
* Understanding new types of technology (especially AI) and conveying this to clients
Profile required
* Successful experience in sales, within an international context.
* Affinity for the sales process and dynamics, ambition to grow with company and sales team.
* Bilingual German / English
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build a rapport with clients.
* Proficient with using LinkedIn and other networking tools, as well as CRM tools, in particular SalesForce.
* Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.
Salary: 50K€ - 65K€ basic + uncapped commission (OTE 80-100K€)
