Your Daily Responsibilities
* Review and evaluate video content to ensure compliance with platform guidelines and community standards.
* Accurately assess reported or flagged material for potential policy violations.
* Maintain high levels of accuracy, integrity, and cultural sensitivity when making moderation decisions.
* Collaborate with internal teams to clarify policies and share best practices.
* Participate in ongoing training and development to stay informed about new content rules and safety protocols.
* Contribute to creating a safe and respectful online environment for all users.
Requirements
* German fluency (C1 or higher) and English proficiency (B2 level).
* EU citizenship or Portuguese residence card (visa sponsorship not provided).
* Willingness to relocate and start your new role in Lisbon as soon as possible.
* Strong attention to detail, emotional stability, and resilience when dealing with sensitive content.
* Prior experience in content moderation, customer service, or similar roles is a plus — training is provided.
