How you will make an impact:
As a Working Student in Prototyping, you will support the development and integration of hardware components for our drone platforms and counter-UAS systems. You will work closely with our flight test team and engineering leads, helping to design, build, modify, and test prototypes.
This is a highly practical role for someone who loves building things
1. Support the mechanical and electrical prototyping of drone systems
2. Assist in CAD design of components and assemblies
3. Manufacture and modify parts using 3D printing and workshop tools
4. Perform cable harnessing and wiring work
5. Integrate electronic components, radio links, and communication modules
6. Support hardware integration and preparation for flight testing
7. Assist during field and flight test activities
8. Document prototypes, iterations, and improvements
What you need to be successful:
9. Currently enrolled student in Engineering (Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics or similar)
10. Strong hands-on experience in building and tinkering (e.g., model aircraft clubs, university design teams, personal projects)
11. Experience with CAD software
12. Familiar with 3D printing and basic workshop tools
13. Practical knowledge of electronics integration and wiring
14. Interest in drones, UAV systems, and counter-UAS technologies
15. Structured, independent, and proactive working style
16. Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
