We are looking for a Project Coordinator for a major project at our client in the energy supply/energy infrastructure sector. In this central role in the Project Management Office (PMO), you will support the exciting technical changeover as part of a Modern Workplace program, among other things. Your tasks
As a central anchor point in the PMO, you will provide operational and strategic support to the existing project team.
7. Project management: You will be responsible for scheduling and organizing project activities as well as structuring and tracking tasks and milestones.
8. Active driving: You proactively integrate yourself into the team and use your assertiveness to ensure that things get done.
9. Technical support: You will contribute your technical understanding to the changeover of the Modern Workplace program (device change) planned for 2026.
10. Communication: You act sensitively in the area of network harmonization, manage high mail traffic and coordinate closely with stakeholders.
11. Personal responsibility: You work independently and do not need a long training period to become productive.
Your profile
We are looking for an experienced personality whose core competencies are clearly recognizable from previous roles.
12. Experience: You have sound experience as a project coordinator or in a PMO environment.
13. IT skills: You are confident with MS Office, in particular Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
14. Working style: You are characterized by a quick grasp and a proactive, assertive attitude.
15. Location: Ideally, you should live close to Halle (Saale) or Markkleeberg in order to minimize travel.
16. Language: Knowledge of English is an advantage, but not essential
