Business Analyst (m/f/d)
Your tasks
* Analysis of customer needs, design and conception of solutions that offer the customer added value
* Acting as the interface between the specialist department and IT
* Participation in all phases of a project: from requirements analysis and documentation to implementation, acceptance and transfer to productive operation
* Active collaboration in an agile team
Your qualifications
* University/university of applied sciences degree in (business) informatics / business administration or training as a bank clerk or comparable training
* Experience as a business analyst or in a similar position
* Knowledge of securities trading desirable
* Experience with agile projects and methods such as Scrum or Kanban is an advantage
* Structured and independent way of working
* Written and spoken German (at least B2 level)
* Strong communication skills
* Customer orientation and enjoy working in a team
