Responsibilities
After starting at Lilly it will be important to getting to know the Team Lilly culture and drive dedicated project work. Proactive development of a first network in Lilly with peers and senior management. As an Intern a strategic project will be sponsored by a Lead Team member and needs to be managed independently. This includes leading a small project team from different functions, driving team work and develop a solution. This is a very good opportunity to get to know the work at Lilly and many colleagues, but also to contribute your skills and show leadership.
Skills, Education, Experience required
* Enrolled in Lilly's Corporate MBA program
* a minimum of 3 years of professional work experience with growing responsibilities in business related disciplines
* Highly motivated and driven leader
* Individual with integrity, excellence and respect for people.
* Previous pharmaceutical or healthcare experience is a plus
* Strong problem-solving skills, teamwork and collaboration abilities, flexibility and adaptability
* Language fluency in English (both written and verbal), knowledge of German is desired, at least the willingness to learn the language part-time.
* Authorized to work in Germany / the EU
