Business Development Manager – Air Filtration Sector (Germany)

Overview
We are seeking a Business Development Manager with experience in technical sales and a background in the air filtration or industrial sector, to develop business across Germany and Central Europe. This role requires strong communication skills, technical understanding, and the ability to navigate multinational environments.
Key Responsibilities
• Prospect and develop new client relationships across Germany and Central Europe.
• Manage and grow existing accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business.
• Collaborate with internal technical teams to provide customised product and service offerings.
• Conduct market research and monitor competitor activity.
• Deliver regular sales performance updates and reports to senior management.
Candidate Profile
• 3 to 5 years of technical sales experience in the industrial or air filtration sector.
• Background in industrial, mechanical, electrical, or chemical engineering.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written); German highly preferred. Other languages such as French, Polish, or Italian are a plus.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel across Germany and neighbouring countries.
• Valid driver’s licence and access to own vehicle.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
