Start: Immediately Type: Permanent position Location: Berlin Tasks You will work directly with our Head of Venture Development in Berlin on further scaling Gauder and positioning the company as a leading brand in the home improvement and DIY space. Lead high-impact projects across new product launches, market expansion, operations, and go-to-market strategies Analyze sales performance and identify levers for growth across marketplaces and retail locations Improve internal processes and drive automation where possible Prepare analyses, forecasts, and business cases to support key decisions Own project execution from strategy to implementation, with full accountability for results Grow into a leadership role and establish your own team Requirements 2–5 years of experience in business development, consulting, e-commerce, or a high-growth startup Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in a business-related field of study. Strong analytical skills – you’re fluent in Excel/Sheets and confident working with numbers Entrepreneurial mindset – you take initiative, move fast, and aren’t afraid to get your hands dirty Excellent communication skills in German (C2) and English (min.
