R&D PCB Layout Design Engineer (m/f/d)
Your Responsibilities
As a PCB Layout Design Engineer you will be part of the hardware development department and responsible for schematic entry and layout design of complex PCBs. This includes the following tasks:
Ensure schematic designs comply with internal standards and applicable regulations.
Design and optimize PCB layouts considering signal integrity, power integrity, EMC, thermal, and manufacturing requirements.
Support design reviews and implement feedback and engineering changes.
Provide PCB placement and feasibility studies.
Run simulations.
Rollout and support the solutions to PCB manufacturing and assembly houses.
Your Qualifications
Technician or Bachelor’s in electronics/electrical engineering or equivalent.
At least 2-3 years of experience in PCB schematic entry and layout design with Mentor or equivalent.
Familiar with analog layout techniques (e.g. shielding, low noise)
Good teamwork and communication skills.
Structured and independent working style.
Business fluent German and fluent English communication skills.
