Your Tasks As Expert Finance Procure-to-Pay (PTP) Process Performance you will together with your team define, implement and manage PTP processes and their continuous improvement within Finance. You will act as key interface between various stakeholders from business functions at Beiersdorf and IT. Relevant working tasks are: Being responsible for verifying and deciding on PTP process requirements against strategies, standards/templates and running projects Fostering PTP process standardization and development of business need driven improvements to achieve continuous digitalization and automation Ensure global PTP process maturity in high quality, efficiency and effectiveness Fostering adherence to regulatory and compliance requirements KPI driven project management with regards to resources / budgets / timings / milestones Clear and consistent communication to the different stakeholders Create internal as well as external network to keep track on upcoming PTP process changes (technical as well as legal) and transfer know-how to teams and business partners Your Profile Degree in economics with focus on Finance/Controlling or several years of relevant working experience in Finance/Controlling with a few years within PTP area Excellent knowledge of operational business processes and related applications, as well as sound understanding of integrative relationships in SAP modules FI/CO and a basic knowledge of the SAP modules SD and MM Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills Strategic thinking skills; act with entrepreneurship; able to balance interests; result-oriented and performance focused; method-based working Project management skills in an intercultural working environment Good communication skills acting as confident and consistent business partner and team player Fluent English communication skills spoken and written Good knowledge of MS Office package At Beiersdorf, we want to help people feel good about their skin – and our commitment goes far beyond caring for skin.
