The primary focus of this role is to build strong relationships with hiring managers and business leaders, to source candidates for open vacancies and to create robust and diverse pipelines of critical/strategic positions defined by individual BUs. Our goal is to provide the highest level of recruiting services to our internal customer as well as a great hiring experience for our candidates. You will play a pivotal role in leading engagement with the TA Shared Service Center Team to drive efficiency and teamwork.Your Main TasksManage full life cycle recruitment processBuild and maintain strong relationships with Hiring Managers, Candidates, HR Partners, Recruitment Coordinators, and Global TA team members, ensuring effective communication throughout the recruitment processKey duties include but not limited to sourcing for passive candidates via social recruiting channels, networking, job postings, niche job boards and CRMs for building pipelines and talent networks, screening, interviewing, offer process and onboarding of internal and external talents for all functional areasDevelop and communicate high level sourcing strategies using multiple tools including market intelligence data or sourcing reportsProvide consulting to business on search strategies and manage or participate on project teams for staffing initiativesUtilize reporting KPls, metrics and dashboards provided to ensure data accuracy to ensure a swift hiring processActively promote global talent attraction diversity and inclusion hiring strategies and practicesSupport key Global TA initiatives and projectsAttend and support career events and conferences at the discretion of the business as neededYour Ideal BackgroundBachelor's degree or equivalent level of educationProven capability to build quickly and maintain relationships with stakeholdersSuccessful track record in managing multiple complex recruitment processes in a matrix organizationProven track record recruiting in an industrial environment or within a matrixed global corporationSuccessful track record in working with senior stakeholders on key hiresExperience creating an effective recruitment strategy which includes sourcing passive candidates through networking, internal referrals, Linkedin, and job posting practicesAbility to craft compelling job descriptions and communicate effectively to attract top talentStrong proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ideally with SuccessFactors) and social recruiting toolsKnowledge of current recruiting trends and best-in-class recruiting practiceExperience with dashboards, metrics, KPis; using the data to drive recruitment focus and strategies, familiarity with emerging talent acquisition technologies (e.g. Al-powered) is an advantageProficiency in German and English, any other language is nice to have#jobsEMEAJKAbout Te ConnectivityTE Connectivity plc (NYSE: TEL) is a global industrial technology leader creating a safer, sustainable, productive, and connected future.
