Your mission We are home to: The DO School, empowering people with our ‘learning by doing’ approach The DO Catalyst, partnering with organizations on their purposeful transformation. About the role As Director for Transformation Expertise, you will lead The DO’s most ambitious, purpose-driven transformation programs and strengthen our expertise area internally. You will act as a trusted partner to senior executives—translating vision into actionable change journeys that shift leadership mindsets, renew culture, and deliver measurable business outcomes. You will own… Partner impact – design and deliver transformation programs that translate strategy into implementation: moving from ambition to execution, aligning leadership, mobilizing people, and embedding change across organizations. Ensure programs deliver measurable outcomes, on time and on budget. Expertise leadership – grow and codify The DO’s transformation frameworks, methods, and narratives; integrate purpose and cultural change into every program; coach Program Leads and colleagues to apply best practices consistently; set standards and drive excellence across transformation work. Partner development – contribute to shaping and expanding trusted relationships within your expertise area, co-creating solutions that bridge strategic intent with execution. Thought leadership – represent The DO in your content area as a leading voice on purposeful transformation—through external forums, publications, and our ecosystem. This is what you can expect… In the first month, In your first month, you will complete onboarding, get to know our methods and team, and start contributing to ongoing transformation programs. By three months, you will have built strong working relationships with partner stakeholders, started engaging your own network, and begun leading elements of program design and delivery in your expertise area. At six months, you will fully own program and stakeholder management for major projects, guiding strategy implementation, coaching Program Leads, and supporting the development of new partnerships. After one year, you will be established as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, recognized for advancing The DO’s transformation practice, and actively shaping new offerings, thought leadership, and partnership opportunities. Your profile About you You are a strategic transformation leader with a proven ability to make change happen—not just shaping plans, but embedding them in organizations. You bring: 10 years of experience in transformation, organizational development, change management, or related fields—working inside large organizations or as an external advisor. A strong track record of implementing strategy at scale—from C-suite alignment through to execution across complex organizations. Expertise in purpose-driven and culture-led change, aligning business priorities with leadership behaviors and organizational culture. Skill in engaging senior leaders and translating strategy into narratives, structures, and practices that mobilize action. Experience in program execution—delivering measurable impact while building ownership and capability within client organizations. Strength in coaching and supporting colleagues to deliver transformation excellence and apply consistent standards. Credibility and presence, combined with empathy and strong relationship-building skills, to influence across functions and levels. Fluency in English and German (strongly preferred), with excellent communication and facilitation skills. Bonus: Experience linking transformation to innovation, ESG, or leadership development. Background in co-creation, design thinking, or participatory change models. Track record of shaping new products or offerings that accelerate transformation impact.
