Inside Sales Executive Focus: Microsoft Cloud & Modern Workplace Solutions

We are looking for a motivated and communicative Inside Sales Executive to join a leading Microsoft Partner's growing team and support the success of their Microsoft cloud and modern workplace solutions.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys customer engagement, has a passion for technology, and thrives in a structured, remote-friendly environment.
As part of the sales team, you'll help identify customer needs, generate qualified leads, and guide prospective clients through the early stages of their Microsoft journey—whether it’s Microsoft 365, Teams, Azure, Intune, or the broader Microsoft ecosystem.
Engage with inbound leads and proactively reach out to prospective B2B customers via phone, email, and video meetings.
Work closely with field sales, technical consultants, and marketing to qualify leads and build a healthy sales pipeline.
Prepare tailored product overviews, offers, and solution outlines in collaboration with pre-sales and solution architects.
Maintain accurate customer data, activities, and pipeline updates in CRM tools.
Support digital sales campaigns and customer touchpoints focused on Microsoft 365, Azure, Endpoint Management, and Security solutions.
Experience in inside sales, IT sales, or customer service —preferably with a focus on Microsoft or SaaS products
A good understanding of Microsoft 365, Teams, Azure, or Endpoint Management tools is a plus
Fluency in German (spoken and written) is essential; English skills are a plus
Ideally based in southern or western Germany (but remote work across Germany is possible)
