Your tasks
6. Proposal development: Preparation of professional and competitive proposals for complex switchgear construction projects in high and extra-high voltage technology - taking into account customer requirements and company objectives.
7. Controlling & management: Monitoring and follow-up of the quotation phase, including evaluation to ensure a successful project start as well as continuous review of project costs and budget control in collaboration with the project managers.
8. Process optimization: Digital mapping of calculation processes and active co-design of new standards for continuous process optimization.
9. Presentation: Convincing presentation of calculations and offer benefits to internal and external stakeholders.
10. Purchasing support: Supporting supplier management by processing inquiries, negotiating and awarding contracts to suppliers and subcontractors.
Your profile
11. Qualifications: Technical training or studies with a focus on civil engineering, electrical engineering or a comparable qualification.
12. Experience: Proven experience in the calculation of construction and infrastructure projects, ideally in the field of electrical engineering or plant construction, as well as sound knowledge of material costs, labor and market factors.
13. Tool expertise: Confident use of the calculation software RIB iTWO is mandatory. Strong affinity for numbers.
14. Skills: Strong communication skills in German and English for exchange with internal teams and external customers.
15. Personality: Entrepreneurial thinking, high level of initiative and the ability to actively contribute ideas to the processes.
