Introduction We are offering an unpaid, fully remote internship in the organization and management of large online conferences in the fields of real estate and procurement. This role is designed for students who want hands on experience in professional event organization, business communication, and industry networking at an international level. You will work closely with our administrator, designer, conference manager, and founder to build and execute high level online conferences that connect decision makers and experts from across Europe and beyond. About the role This internship focuses primarily on communication and relationship building. Approximately 90 percent of your responsibilities will involve direct interaction with professionals in procurement and real estate, including C level executives, senior managers, researchers, and industry influencers. You will communicate the value proposition of the conference, establish new contacts, maintain professional relationships, and follow up with potential speakers and participants. You will use LinkedIn and automated communication software to structure and manage outreach campaigns. You will become a key contact person for invited experts and guide them through the participation process. Key responsibilities • Identify and approach professionals in real estate and procurement • Present and communicate the conference concept and value proposition • Establish and maintain relationships with industry experts • Follow up with speakers and participants • Support conference planning and coordination • Collaborate with the internal team across communication, design, and management Topics covered in our conferences Our events focus on innovation, digital transformation, sustainability, social responsibility, social business models, and strategic development in procurement and real estate. Candidate profile This internship is especially relevant for students with an interest in: • Real estate • Procurement • General management • Marketing and communication • SEO and digital outreach • Business development You should be confident in professional communication, interested in working with senior decision makers, and motivated to take ownership of outreach activities.
