UX/UI Designer Position Overview
This role is focused on crafting exceptional user experiences and intuitive digital interfaces that drive business success.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with stakeholders to comprehend requirements and translate them into user-centric designs.
* Design information architecture, wireframes, prototypes, and final UI for digital products.
* Lead the design of new experiences and enhancements to existing ones, from requirements gathering through to implementation.
* Advocate for accessibility, mobile-first design, and user empathy throughout the design process.
* Conduct UX research to uncover user needs and validate design solutions.
* Incorporate customer feedback, usage metrics, and research findings into the design process.
* Benchmark competitors and stay current with UX and design trends.
* Ensure a consistent user interface and experience by creating, implementing, and maintaining the design system.
* Communicate design rationale to teammates, stakeholders, and senior executives.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Human Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, Computer Science or related field.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in user experience design.
* Experience in conducting user research methodologies.
* Excellent written communication skills in English.
* Strong verbal communication and presentation skills.
* Ability to balance customer needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
Preferred Skills:
* Proficiency with design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma).
* Familiarity with design frameworks such as Material Design.
* HTML/CSS coding knowledge is beneficial.
