Support leadership where decisions are made. As an Executive Assistant at ILI.DIGITAL, you ensure focus, clarity, and reliable execution in a fast-paced, professional environment. Working in close proximity to senior management, you act as a trusted operational partner and contribute directly to the efficiency and effectiveness of the organization (part-time possible).
Deine Aufgaben
* You manage calendars, meetings, and priorities for senior leaders, ensuring structured workflows and optimal time allocation.
* You prepare agendas, briefings, presentations, and decision documents to enable well-founded management decisions.
* You act as a central communication interface between leadership, internal teams, and selected external stakeholders.
* You track action items and support the execution of management initiatives across organizational topics.
* You ensure professional documentation, structured information management, and reliable follow-ups. You support administrative and organizational topics such as office coordination, travel planning, and on-site logistics.
* You handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretion.
Dein Profil
* Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Senior Assistant, or in a comparable professional support role.
* Strong organizational and prioritization skills combined with a proactive, structured working style.
* Excellent communication skills in English; German language skills are a strong advantage.
* High level of reliability, discretion, and ownership.
* Confident use of modern office and collaboration tools.
* Ability to work independently while staying closely aligned with leadership objectives.
