Senior Care Service Manager Job
Job Responsibilities
* Representing the care service manager in daily operations and in case of absence
* Co-designing and reviewing the care process and quality
* Participating in internal quality management
* Guiding and onboarding employees, trainees and interns
* Carrying out care assignments including documentation (temporarily, not permanently)
* Sharing responsibility for economic processes and a functioning organization
* Attending meetings and occasional weekend shifts (relieving)
* Continuing professional development through training - e.g. in the area of quality management
Requirements
* Completed education as a nurse or healthcare worker
* Experience in home care; first leadership experience is welcome, but not required
* Knowledge of SGB V/XI catalogs and billing systems
* Good IT skills (MS Office, tour planning, digital documentation)
* Independent, structured and reliable working style
* Flexibility in a two-shift system (early and late shifts)
* Driver's license
* Humor, camaraderie and enthusiasm for a stable workplace
