Your Role
You will support the legal function in a fast-growing, operationally driven environment. The focus is on providing practical, business-oriented legal guidance across multiple functions.
You will work closely with operations, logistics, and commercial teams, ensuring compliance while enabling the business to move fast and make informed decisions in a rapidly scaling setup.
Key Responsibilities
* Support legal matters across operations, logistics, and commercial functions
* Review, draft, and negotiate contracts (e.g. service agreements, supplier contracts, NDAs)
* Ensure compliance with German and European regulations
* Act as a point of contact for internal stakeholders on legal topics
* Support dispute handling and risk assessment
* Work closely with operations, HR, and management on legal topics
Your Profile
* Degree in Law (German law or comparable qualification)
* First experience in a legal role (in-house or law firm)
* Strong understanding of German legal frameworks
* Business-oriented mindset and hands-on approach
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment
* Fluent in German and English
* Working experience in logistics or a related industry is a strong plus
