Your prospective job:
You are acting as a Innovation Development Engineer (m/f/d) for our client Airbus Aerostructures in Standort Stade.
Your responsibilities:
* Supporting local composite RT team (trials follow up at shopfloor)
* Planning, steering and reporting Composites Industrial technology RT activities within the ME (Manufacturing Engineering) Community
* Setting up a roadmap to deliver the technological solutions for industrial applications
* Ensuring harmonized ME Principles, best-in-class and up-to-date practices
* Delivering mature solutions to develop new products
* Working in the development of new tool designs as well as new and innovative composite manufacturing processes
* Defining and managing execution of composite technology developments including composite automation and monitoring processes for future CFRP (Carbon Fiber Reinforced Polymer) parts
* Organization of project progress reviews and generation of associated reporting and action plan
* Management of risks inside the projects
Your profile
* Completed studies in engineering, aerospace, industrial engineering, composites or comparable
* Work experience in construction, manufacturing engineering and composite materials
* First experience in project management
* Good knowledge of risk management
* Knowledge of AI and data analysis is an advantage
* Fluent English and good German, both written and spoken
* Willingness to travel (probably once every three months within Europe)
