Job DescriptionRole: Finance Program ManagerLocation: Cork, IrelandDuration: ContractExperience: A minimum of 10 years of experience in IT financing is requiredLanguage Requirement: Fluent German is must haveEssential Functions:The Program & Portfolio Manager role is responsible for support and analysis tasks related to customer financing, ensuring departmental objectives and project deadlines are met.Identify and facilitate requests for sales and financing program partners, maintaining open communication with outsource funding partners.Support outsourcing partners in internal meetings and coordinate with sales teams across functions.Oversee operational reporting from financing partners, highlighting issues and successes.Support existing financing transactions outside outsourced programs and assist sales during the deal lifecycle.Assist in transferring finance customers from legacy to outsourced models.Light travel may be required within Germany, Switzerland, and Ireland for customer meetings.Strong written and verbal communication skills in both German and English, especially regarding financing contracts.Additional Responsibilities:Strong analytical skills; ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.Build relationships across all organizational levels, including remote teams in a hybrid work environment.Operate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities.Lead multinational and cross-border finance projects.Follow standard accounting, finance practices, and departmental procedures.Understanding of legal terms in German and English related to financing contracts.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and M365 Power Platform (Teams, Power Automate, SharePoint, Power BI); basic technical understanding of Client technology.Basic knowledge of AI and its application in task management.Responsibilities and Interactions:Handle unstructured tasks with wide implications and multiple outcomes.Apply broad expertise to solve complex, unique problems within constraints.Demonstrate leadership in strategy and decision-making.Collaborate effectively with staff to VP-level employees, across functions, and with external parties.Operate with limited supervision, driving results and setting priorities independently.Be a proactive subject matter expert contributing to team success.Influence and lead multiple individuals and groups to achieve results. #J-18808-Ljbffr
