Bosch Advanced Ceramics is the market leader in industrial 3D printing of technical ceramics. We have developed this technology ready for series production. Our goal is to develop, design, and market ceramic products for a wide range of applications.
As an Industrial Ceramic Sales Specialist, you will be introduced to the work of a sales associate in our team and will be responsible from the outset for identifying interested parties and potential new and existing customers.
 * Independent customer acquisition and support: Acquire new customers and maintain existing customer relationships in the region.
 * Process customer requests and coordinate with internal departments: Efficiently process customer requests and work closely with various internal departments to meet customer needs.
 * Ensure sales targets: Pursue leads and manage accounts to meet the sales forecast.
 * Sales lead for the sales process: Lead the sales process from lead generation to conclusion of sales deals.
 * Active participation in trade fairs and specialist events: Attend trade fairs and specialist events to identify new business opportunities.
 * Customer visits in Germany and Europe: Visit customers in both Germany and other European countries to strengthen relationships and explore business opportunities.
Key qualifications:
 * Education: Completed studies in Business Administration, Engineering or similar.
 * Experience and know-how: At least 2 years of experience in the sales of technical components or development services. Ideally, some initial experience of technical ceramics.
 * Working practice: Determined way of working with a clear focus on the business transaction.
 * Coordination skills: Ability to work and act independently in an international environment as well as in a team.
 * Personality: Proactive manner, strong communication skills, and a reliable 'hands-on' mentality.
 * Languages: Very good oral and written skills in German and English, other languages desirable.
 * Willingness to travel: Ready to travel in Germany and across Europe.
The contractual place of work is Immenstadt. However, we also support remote working within Germany if a regular exchange with the team can be facilitated on site.
