What You’ll Do
* Lead projects that prepare SMEs for sale, focusing on performance, efficiency, and strategic positioning
* Analyze business operations and identify key value drivers
* Build long-term relationships with entrepreneurs across NRW
* Facilitate workshops and deliver insights on exit readiness
* Collaborate with internal deal teams and mentor junior consultants
Your Profile
* Experience in M&A, corporate finance, or business consultancy
* Strong analytical and communication skills
* Proven ability to work with SME owners and leadership teams
* Native German speaker with strong knowledge of regional business culture
* Willing to travel across North Rhine-Westphalia
* Entrepreneurial, target-driven, and relationship-focused
