Our client is a reputable Engineering Contractor specializing in complex, high-value projects across Europe. Renowned for delivering cutting-edge solutions in the Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) sector, they are currently engaged in a significant Data Centre project in Frankfurt. The Role:
Electrical Supervisor required to join their team on a Data Centre project in Frankfurt, Germany. Reporting directly to the Electrical Project Manager, the successful candidate will oversee the coordination and execution of electrical works, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and project deadlines while driving team performance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and plan resources, including labour, materials, and sub-contractors, to meet project requirements.
* Manage and motivate a team to achieve project milestones and deadlines.
* Ensure strict adherence to safety and quality standards throughout the installation process.
* Prepare and submit relevant progress reports to the Electrical Project Manager.
* Conduct weekly toolbox talks to reinforce safety and operational protocols.
* Ensure Health & Safety compliance for direct staff and sub-contractors.
* Perform regular reviews of working practices to enhance site safety and efficiency.
* Maintain high standards of workmanship during electrical installations.
Requirements:
* Electrical Engineering qualification or an Electrical trade background.
* Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a Supervisory role.
* Experience working on Data Centre projects is highly beneficial.
* Previous employment with an M&E Contractor in Ireland or the UK.
* Proactive and able to work independently with strong initiative.
* Proficient in MS Office for reporting and coordination purposes.
Package:
* Competitive salary of €70,000 - €85,000 depending on experience.
