Implement company quality and safety standards across the project. Oversee site safety in conjunction with the Project Manager and Safety Advisor, including setup, management, and closeout of the safety file. Manage Quality Assurance (QA) processes alongside the QA Manager, ensuring proper documentation and closeout. Oversee the project schedule in collaboration with the Project Manager, consulting engineers, and client requirements. Cost & Resource Management: Assist in managing all costs associated with your package, including: Civil team Subcontractors Material deliveries and goods receipting Plant and equipment Variations and valuations Manage all day-to-day site operations, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. Track subcontractor progress against the schedule and manpower levels, holding weekly minutes meetings with subcontractors. Coordination & Reporting: Manage the snagging system, ensuring supervisors return weekly punch lists and all snags are distributed to subcontractors. Submit direct labour and subcontractor hours to the time administrator for central tracking. Attend site meetings, internal project reviews, engineering reviews, planning and coordination meetings, and handover meetings. Support the closeout of all project items, including final accounts, O&M manuals, punch lists, safety files, QA files, material and plant relocations, and project plans. Issue weekly reports detailing orders placed, expected material deliveries, and labour levels. Provide internal weekly progress reports based on supervisor updates, highlighting progress percentage complete (using WBS codes), concerns, and project risks (e.g., late deliveries). Submit external weekly progress reports to the Project Manager, identifying areas not available, delays, design shortages, third-party hold-ups, and percentage completion. Schedule material deliveries in line with the project timeline, tracking deliveries closely. Maintain a weekly project photographic diary. Qualification Civil Engineer Degree Proven Experience working on large scale EPC Projects
