Your responsibilities
* Fachspezifische Planungsverantwortung mit Schwerpunkt in Klima-, Lüftungs-, Heizungs- und Kältetechnik, anlagentechnischer Brandschutz, Sanitärtechnik
* Erstellen von Planungsleistungen (Leistungsphasen HOAI 1 bis 9)
* Technische Koordination und Qualitätssicherung der Fachplanung ausführender Firmen oder externer TGA-Planer:innen
* Koordination sowie Verhandlungen mit internen und externen Projektbeteiligten
* Mitwirkung bei der Planungsterminplanung/-kontrolle, Prüfung
* Überwachung der Ausführungsqualitäten, Abnahme der Leistungen
* Technische Unterstützung bei der Auftragsvergabe, des Rechnungswesens und Nachtragsmanagements
* Auftragsschriftverkehr sowie technische Dokumentation
Your profile
* Hochschulstudium der Versorgungstechnik / TGA oder vergleichbare Ausbildung (z.B. in Heizungs-, Klima-, Sanitärtechnik)
* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Projektierung gebäudetechnischer Anlagen, vorzugsweise im Industriebau sowie in der Steuerung und Abwicklung von Projekten der TGA
* Kenntnisse im Umgang mit CAD Anwendungen, gerne mit 3D / BIM-Erfahrung und fachspezifischer Auslegungssoftware
* Praxisorientiertes Handeln und Fähigkeit, das Wesentliche im Auge zu behalten, Teamfähigkeit, Engagement
* Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
* Bereitschaft zu Dienstreisen
