We are seeking a proactive and experienced Salesforce Administrator to join our IT team during an exciting period of growth. As we are currently implementing Salesforce, you will be the key person responsible for bridging the gap between our business needs and our technical solution. You will work closely with our project lead and external development partners to oversee the implementation, and then take full ownership of the platform's administration, maintenance, and future roadmap. This is a unique opportunity to shape our Salesforce instance from the ground up and drive its success across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Platform Administration & Support:
* Serve as the main system administrator for the Salesforce environment.
* Handle all basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows, and other routine tasks.
* Manage Salesforce security, including roles, profiles, sharing rules, and permission sets.
* Provide first-line support to end-users, troubleshoot issues, and manage escalations.
* Develop and deliver training materials to ensure high user adoption and satisfaction.
* Work closely with other IT teams in building interfaces between different environments (Microsoft M365, ERP, Web sites)
Project Oversight & Development:
* Act as the main point of contact for our external Salesforce development partner, translating business requirements into technical specifications.
* Collaborate with the project lead to ensure the implementation stays on schedule and aligns with strategic business objectives.
* Participate in and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure the developed solution meets business needs and quality standards.
* Manage the deployment of new features and updates from sandbox to production environments.
Product Ownership & Strategy:
* Take full ownership of the Salesforce platform post-implementation, developing and maintaining a product roadmap.
* Proactively gather feedback and requirements from business stakeholders and end-users to identify opportunities for improvement and enhancement.
* Manage the product backlog, prioritizing new features, enhancements, and bug fixes.
* Promote Salesforce within the company by sharing best practices and demonstrating its value to drive business growth and efficiency.
* Stay current with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices to ensure our platform remains optimized and effective.
A BACKGROUND THAT CONVINCES US
* 2+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
* Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM 201) certification.
* Additional Salesforce certifications (e.g., Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder), preferable
* Proven experience being part of a Salesforce implementation project.
* Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices, data management, and security.
* Excellent project management and communication skills, with the ability to translate business needs to technical teams.
* A proactive, self-starter attitude with a passion for problem-solving and process improvement.
* Deep understanding of AI-based automation and agents within Salesforce to enable intelligent process automation and enhance platform capabilities.
* Full proficiency in English language
