Tasks
- Lead and support new customer deployments
- Configure and customise solutions to fit clinical workflows
- Train end-users including radiologists, PACS admins, and IT staff
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical application issues
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, engineering, product) to drive customer success
- Provide post-go-live support and consult on workflow optimisation
- Travel to customer sites as needed (approx. 30–50%)
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering, or similar
- 2+ years of experience in a healthcare IT, applications, or imaging environment
- Solid understanding of DICOM, PACS, HL7, and clinical imaging workflows
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and organisational skills
- Comfort working directly with both technical and clinical stakeholders
Nice to have:
- Prior experience with enterprise imaging software or radiology tools
- Scripting or light coding skills (Python, Bash, PowerShell)
- Familiarity with HL7, networking, or healthcare security standards
