Job Title: Contract Compliance Specialist">Job Description:The role involves supporting the Senior Legal Counsel in ensuring that all contracts are implemented legally and compliantly. This includes providing professional legal advice to various teams, including sales, bids, and project teams.Main Responsibilities:Support the bid phase through contract preparation, negotiation, and execution.Manage commercial/contractual issues during the bid / contract phase.Collaborate with the Procurement team to ensure maximum flow down of prime contract terms and ongoing compliance with contractual requirements.Guide the project team to comply with company processes and procedures, including Maturity Gate Reviews and contract terms throughout the contract period.Identify and report commercial/contractual risks to internal functions for management.Required Skills and Qualifications:Fully qualified lawyer (post graduate Master degree in law) or comparable qualification.Minimum three years' professional experience preferably in an international environment.Professional experience in security and/or defense is a plus. Experience in Change and Claim Management, contract review, drafting, and negotiation in an international environment and detailed understanding of legal implications.Experience in procurement law (mainly in Europe), international law, IT law is an advantage.Soft Skills:Ability to work independently and highly business-oriented.Proactive and creative, able to anticipate.Communicative, strong negotiator, and problem-solver who proposes and implements pragmatic solutions.Fluency in both German and English; knowledge of French is appreciated.
