The successful candidate will possess extensive professional experience as an IT technician, system administrator, or in a similar role, with a strong focus on L2 support within a manufacturing environment. They will also demonstrate solid practical knowledge of Microsoft Windows environments, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 services, as well as basic networking knowledge and good understanding of ITIL principles.
Requirements:
* Extensive professional experience as an IT technician, system administrator, or in a similar role
* Solid practical knowledge of Microsoft Windows environments, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 services
* Basic networking knowledge, including TCP/IP and LAN/WAN troubleshooting
