Find out more about life at Alter Domus at Facility/office management officer Location: Luxembourg Your role The Facility/Office Management Officer is responsible for ensuring the smooth, efficient, and safe operation of office facilities and administrative functions.

This role oversees day-to-day operations, coordinates maintenance activities, and creates a productive work environment for all employees. xniyctf

You will report directly to the Facility Senior Manager.

Your responsibilities Facility Management: Oversee the maintenance and repair of office buildings, equipment, and systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.) Conduct regular facility inspections to identify and address maintenance needs Manage relationships with contractors, vendors, and service providers under the supervision of the Facility Senior Manager Ensure compliance with health, safety, and building regulations Coordinate space planning and office layout optimization Manage facility-related budgets and cost control measures Office Operations: Supervise daily office operations and administrative staff Manage office supplies inventory and procurement processes Coordinate reception, mail, and courier services Oversee security systems, access controls, and emergency procedures Implement and maintain workplace policies and procedures Handle office renovations and refurbishments Health, Safety
