Your role: As Head of FP&A, Denmark, you will drive transformation and financial excellence at our Swedoor Denmark operations. This role is crucial in advancing our commercial and operational initiatives and serving as a key Finance Business Partner to the country leadership team. What your impact will be:
* Prepare and present comprehensive performance reports, budgets, and forecasts.
* Translate complex data into actionable insights aligned with business strategies.
* Drive process improvements and develop a high-performing FP&A team.
* Ensure adherence to financial compliance standards, including US GAAP and local GAAP.
* Partner with the Head of Accounting to ensure accurate accounting practices backed by financial analysis.
