Responsibilities:
* Own and drive sales, gross profit, and operating results (OR) for the Turbomachinery segment in the region
* Translate strategic goals into actionable sales and marketing plans
* Identify and develop key account customers and strategic partnerships to sustain and grow business
* Lead the implementation of value-added selling techniques
* Analyze regional market trends and competitor activities to uncover growth opportunities.
* Develop and manage sales and marketing plans in the region
* Prepare and execute annual operative planning for the segment Turbo Machinery, covering filter element sales and engineering project sales.
* Provide strategic proposals, focusing on new ideas for products, digital solutions, and business models
* Build and lead a high-performing regional sales team, fostering a culture of sales excellence and accountability.
Qualifications:
* Degree in Engineering, Technical Sciences, or Business Administration
* 10+ years of industry experience in sales and technical roles, with leadership responsibility
* Strong knowledge of turbomachinery or related industrial markets
* Proven track record in successful Sales Management preferably with P&L responsibility
* Fluent in commercial and technical English; excellent communication and presentation skills
* Strong leadership, team building, and stakeholder management capabilities
* High level of self-motivation, social competence, and intercultural awareness
* Willingness to travel across the region and internationally
