About the team:
The SAP CX CRO team is a global organization of approximately 50 team members. Our team is laser focused on helping our customers drive an optimal experience for their End Customers. We ultimately help companies understand their customers, protect their customer data, and then more effectively sell to, service, and engage with their customers. SAP’s Customer Experience organization supports over 5,000 customers and is responsible for over €1 billion in Annual Revenue.

In this role, you’ll:
* Collaborate with the global leadership team for SAP's Customer Experience Line of Business.
* Thrive in a diverse, dynamic, and multicultural work environment.
* Provide project management and oversight for key programs and initiatives.
* Create, edit, and produce engaging content for newsletters, sales field announcements, and our different engagement platforms, such as SharePoint.
* Participate in social media activities to support and further develop the social presence of two executives.
* Support over 1,000 Customer Experience professionals worldwide as we work toward growing our business by over 30% in 2025.

Who you are:
You are a student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences. We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stays curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.
* Position requirements – Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences who is interested in Enterprise Software and Customer experience.
* Educational requirements – we target areas of study including business, management, communications, and marketing.
* Language requirements – The ideal candidate must be fluent in written and spoken English. Additional languages are a plus.
* Desired skills / experience to be successful in this role – the ideal candidate has strong written and verbal communication skills. In addition, proven experience managing projects is required. Experience in the area of marketing or social media are a plus.
* Computer skills: MS Office 365 (PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook), SharePoint knowledge is a plus.
* Soft skills: team player with the ability to work in a global, diverse team, empathic, creative, pro-active, focus on quality and results, open personality, professional communication style.
