It is a statutory pension insurance provider, organized together with four other pension insurance providers in the NOW IT network and hires employees for this location to carry out tasks in the NOW IT network.

Deutsche Rentenversicherung Nord Ost West Informationstechnik GmbH (NOW IT GmbH) provides IT services for all participants and thus for around 17,000 workplaces in the NOW IT network.

To strengthen the Customer Service division in the Customer and Service Management Competence Center at the Düsseldorf location, we are looking for one in pay group 11 EntgO-DRV from the earliest possible date.

Manager / Customer Relationship Manager (f/m/d)

The Customer and Service Management Competence Center is the interface between NOW IT GmbH and its customers. As a Customer Relationship Manager (f/m/d), you will represent NOW IT GmbH to our customers and make a significant contribution to customer satisfaction - without sales activities.


As a Customer Relationship Manager (f/m/d) you will support us with, among other things:

* Carrying out NOW IT GmbH's communication from and to the customer
* Comprehensive customer advice and support from the request to the solution
* Matching customer requirements with NOW IT GmbH's service portfolio and resource options, taking into account the special requirements of the public sector
* Participation at all levels of the hierarchy in maintaining our customer relationships
* Results-oriented focus on your client's orders, measures, projects and plans
* Management of and involvement in projects at NOW IT GmbH


Your qualification:

You have a bachelor's or university degree in business informatics or a comparable relevant degree at level 6 of the German Qualifications Framework.


We would also like you to have

* Knowledge of business administration
* Basic knowledge of ITIL
* IT contract law
* Procedural understanding
* Practical experience in customer consulting and support
* Experience in project management

* Strong customer and service orientation
* Ability to work independently and in a team
* Flexibility and resilience as well as a high level of commitment
* Confident and confident demeanor
* Good communication and negotiation skills
* Willingness to travel occasionally (even for several days)
* Good oral and written expression in the German language
