Project Engineering Leadership Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced R&D Manager to lead our Project Engineering team.

About the Role:
* You will be responsible for leading a team of engineers to implement facilities, utilities, and equipment capital projects.
* Your key objectives will include driving the capital long-range plan program, annual capital plan management, and financial compliance.
Responsibilities:
* Provide daily leadership to the Project Engineering department, including personnel management, training management, and department organizational structure.
* Lead project strategic planning of next fiscal year capital plan and administer as well as lead the annual site capital plan and department budget.
* Prioritize projects and take on responsibility for achieving the projects and capital plan financial targets in support of business objectives and life cycle costs.
* Administer asset management, project lifecycle, and energy sustainability programs.
* Drive the site capital long-range plan from development to submission.
* Ensure compliance of environmental, health, and safety (EHS) requirements and promote continuous improvement.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, or closely related discipline with a minimum of 8 years of significant engineering and/or operational experience.
* Engineering lead role experience in the Biopharma industry and demonstrated consistent technical contributions and accomplishments would be an advantage.
* Ability to interact, advise, and communicate with Senior Management and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders and collaborators.
* Language proficiency in German and English.
