We are looking for an experienced Office Clerk (m/f/d) to join our team full-time.
Your Responsibilities:
• Independently manage HR processes, including hiring new employees
• Prepare, manage, and process employment contracts
• Collect and forward working hours from individual locations to the head office
• Perform general administrative and office duties (e.g., correspondence, scheduling, filing)
Your Profile:
• Completed commercial training, ideally as an office clerk or similar
• Several years of professional experience in office administration and HR
• Proficient in MS Office and digital administrative tools
• Organized, reliable, and a strong team player with a proactive attitude
• Knowledge of English at a communicative level
