About the job

Shape the future of ARaymond as part of our global Service Desk Community. You will join a team at the beating heart of our company’s daily operations. Roles and responsibilities

1. Provide first level contact, response and follow-up for all user-reported IT problems or requests for IT service
2. Resolve IT issues and requests or ensure proper escalation to appropriate contact/s within the Global IT organization
3. Provide second level, administrative support for local systems and applications
4. Ensure effective communication to clients (internal and external) and within team until issues are resolved or escalated
5. Use internal ticketing system to document issues, resolutions and/or escalations
6. Participate in 7 x 24 on-call rotation
7. Maintain accountability of hardware and administration of inventory documentation
8. Create and maintain standard process and procedure documentation

Education and experience

9. Completed apprenticeship as IT specialist or bachelor’s degree in relevant field
10. Proven professional experience in Service Desk, Help Desk, or other support role
11. Experience in a regional or global IT organization strongly preferred
12. Strong knowledge of Windows client operating systems (Windows 10 minimum), standard desktop applications (Edge. Office 365, anti-virus tools), Windows Server Operating Systems, Exchange, MS Teams, desktop peripherals, mobile devices.
13. Good knowledge of Active Directory, Group Membership, GPO, TCP/IP, VPN, and system admin responsibilities

14. High service and customer orientation, effective communication skills and a strong team spirit
15. Motivation to work within an international team
16. Analytical and logical competence, problem-solving skills
17. Well-organized person who can multitask, work independently, and the ability to prioritize work under pressure
18. Fluent in German and English
