We’re looking for a Senior Client Success Manager (Team Lead) to help us scale our CS function from the ground up—someone who’s ready to take full ownership, build processes, and eventually grow a team. This role is for a builder, not just a relationship manager—someone who can optimize delivery, own outcomes, and act as a strategic operator between clients and internal teams.
