Sales Representative – Congress & Events

About the Role
We are supporting a fast-growing healthcare company active in prevention, therapy, and nutritional supplementation, with a strong focus on scientific research and education across key health areas.
This role offers the opportunity to represent innovative health solutions at national and international congresses, trade fairs, and professional events, working closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to strengthen brand presence and support commercial initiatives.
Your Responsibilities
* Plan, organize, and execute national and international congresses and trade fairs
* Represent the company at exhibitions (approx. 8–12 events per year), including:
o Managing and staffing exhibition booths
o Advising customers and engaging in direct professional dialogue
* Support sales-related projects and contribute to digital marketing initiatives
* Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product Management teams
* Support post-event follow-up, reporting, and success analysis
* Act as a professional brand ambassador in all customer interactions
Your Profile
Qualifications & Experience
* Completed vocational training in a commercial, medical, or pharmaceutical field
* Career changers with relevant sales or event experience are welcome
* 2–3 years of experience in sales, events, healthcare, or a comparable environment
Skills & Competencies
* Strong communication and presentation skills
* High level of organization and ability to work independently
* Hands-on, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
* Willingness to travel occasionally for events and congresses
* Comfortable working cross-functionally in a dynamic, growing environment
