Our team is responsible for creating innovative solutions for solar, wind, and battery storage projects across Europe. Key responsibilities include:
* Developing site engineering designs for utility-scale wind, solar, and battery storage projects
* Reviewing and delivering designs in accordance with applicable codes, standards, and industry practices
* Conducting technical due diligence and site investigations, including cost and quantity estimations
* Performing structural analyses and foundation design for wind, solar, and battery energy storage systems
* Coordinating external engineering services and overseeing technical contracts
Required skills and qualifications:
* Degree in civil engineering or a related field (advanced vocational qualifications and practical experience considered)
* At least three years of relevant work experience in solar and/or wind engineering (civil)
* Experience in foundation and crane pad design for wind turbines is preferred
* Member of a German chamber of engineers is preferred
* Proficient in Civil 3D and AutoCAD (other software helpful)
* Knowledge of Eurocode, IEC codes, and industry practices
* Creative problem-solver with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Proven track record of international work experience and willingness to travel
